A good speaker

If you will go to talk with fifty percent of knowledge about any topic you will land up in problems, biggest example in front of us is Abhimanyu  he knew how to enter the Chakravyuh, a vyuh of seven warriors but didn't knew how to get out as a result he got killed. 
So it is always advised to be a very good listener  Because only a very good listener can be a good speaker.
